Complete the XP Farm quarterly class – click here to sign up
Passed an online evaluation and demonstrated skills applying the Pomodoro technique, pair programming, code review, writing clean code, basic refactoring, test-driven development, acceptance test-driven development, behavior-driven development, domain-driven design, continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, monitoring, observability, GitOps, and team code ownership. The evaluation will be done by an XP Trainer based on the XP Farm rubric, which can be found here
Actively participated at XP Farm Train the Trainers Dojo
Held at least one XP Farm class to upskill others in software craftsmanship
Shared knowledge and experience with the community via blog posts, training, podcasts, meetups, or other shared artifacts
Was a speaker at a conference
