A Multicloud Practitioner is someone who understands the basic concepts of hyperscaler offerings and private cloud concepts. It is expected that a racker who fits this category has a basic knowledge of cloud platforms, basic understanding of IT platforms, a competency in knowledge of core cloud use cases, and a demonstrated competency of Rackspace's key hyperscaler and private cloud offerings.

Earning Criteria

One certification from at least two of the following domains: Microsoft Azure - 900 level courses; AWS - Cloud Practitioner; GCP - Digital Cloud Leader; Container / Kubernetes; OpenStack and Cloud Operations; VMware - VMware Sales Professional or Operations Professional; Attestation from the Racker's manager that the Racker is familiar with Rackspace's current cloud based offerings and can articulate their value proposition to prospective and current customers.
