CTDS certified coaches support clients during common challenges with any type of transition.

Earning Criteria

  • Complete all coursework and practicum as well as successfully pass the two-part written exam. Completion of the CTDS certification is equivalent to 40 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU). While there are transitions in all areas of life, a CTDS certified coach focuses on common challenges such as changing jobs, careers, geography/location changes, and relationship status.
