An OSEE can face a system with unknown vulnerable software, reverse engineer it to locate the problematic code, and think creatively in order to develop a functioning exploit under various Windows operating systems.

Earning Criteria

OSEE holders must complete the Advanced Windows Exploitation (AWE) live course with Offensive Security and pass a rigorous 72-hour practical exam. This is the most difficult course offered by OffSec, and holding this certificate indicates a level of expertise far beyond that of most penetration testers.
