The course is designed to provide participants with information on how to develop an EAP, policy, procedure, and program implementation for an organization. The plan will apply to all types of workplace settings -business offices, factories, and hospitality/service industries.

Student will learn the following: Learn basic process for developing an Emergency Action Plan (EAP)Understand the resources available to develop an EAP for the workplace. Conducting a site survey and looking at your workplace in a different way. Identify possible warning signs of a potentially violent employee. Integrating law enforcement in response of an active shooting incident. Find training and support resources for employees related to workplace violence.
