Focused on learning to diagnose the development level (competence and commitment) of an individual’s specific goal or task, then using the appropriate directive and supportive behaviors to help individuals succeed. Facilitators will help learners acquire the skills of SLII: goal setting, diagnosing development levels, and matching leadership styles to development needs.
