This course goes though the civil litigation process. It focuses on the filing of the summons and complaint, answers, motions and various other aspects of pre-trial practice. It then focuses on the trial process, including the right to trial by jury, standards of proof and the procedure of the case. Finally, the course looks at the process of executing on judgments and appeals.
