Create a customer persona through desktop research and secondary sources. Develop recommendations on usability improvements to the host organisation's product and website.

Students were required to analyse the user journey of the host organisation's product and suggest improvements to the user experience. Students were required to analyse the current performance of a social media campaign and create a plan to improve the performance of the campaign.

Conduct a competitor analysis to assess the market threats to the host organisation and identify alternative market opportunities. Build on the identified alternative market opportunity and create a sales presentation to help gain new business in that market segment.
