LEAD Foundations is a flexible certificate program that offers NC State professionals various opportunities to engage and connect through experiential learning. This program focuses on essential leadership competencies that include communication, self-awareness, collaboration and productivity. Participants will complete a variety of leadership development activities through virtual and in-person instructor-led classes, self-paced eLearning and active learning events.
