Earners of the ABB LGBTQ+ Champion badge have attended a minimum number of the events during 2022 Pride month, learning about the business case for LGBTQ+ inclusion, listening to coming out stories, understanding how to be inclusive in communication, and how to leverage storytelling to boost an inclusion culture. They have been active participants and role models of LGBTQ+ inclusion in the company.
