Mentors are able to effectively support coaches in training to navigate their study programme, willingly sharing their coaching expertise in order for the student to learn the vital coaching skills. This recognition confirms 100 hours of mentoring has taken place demonstrating dedication to the student community, the coaching industry and their own CPD.
