Earning Criteria

An ATD Master Trainer™ is expected to have a minimum 3 years experience before attending the ATD Master Trainer™ Program.

ATD Master Trainer™ Program participants are expected to have at least one previous training or education experience in the field of training delivery & facilitation.

An ATD Master Trainer™ is required to submit a final learning project which is a video submission of their training skills as well as a video analysis of their submission. This assignment is reviewed and scored against a rubric by an ATD Facilitator.
