Complete the required eLearning course "Getting Started with Person-Centered Care" on the Ida Learning Hall.
Complete the required eLearning course "Client Engagement and Ida Motivation Tools" in the Ida Learning Hall.
Sign the Ida Code of Ethics to express his or her commitment to providing person-centered care and to helping their clients make informed decisions that will allow them to better manage their own hearing health.
