Earners of this Cite 2016 badge attended Pearson’s premier online learning conference Cite, featuring educational sessions on improving student engagement and retention. Earners explored ways to use technology, such as video, blogs, courseware, mobile tools, synchronous sessions, and lecture capture to improve engagement, as well as how to leverage data to motivate students and impact retention. Earners also gained insight into effective ways to mentor and support students in the online course.
