The holder of this professional designation has satisfied the education, examination and ethics requirements and is hereby authorized to use the IEPA's certification marks CBEC® and Certified Business Exit Consultant® with all rights and privileges pertaining thereto and subject to the renewal requirements of the IEPA. Education requirements include advanced principles of private capital markets, business valuation, financial planning, and business exit option analysis.
