Earning Criteria

• Must be an employee of IBM
• Earn the Be Equal Ambassador Badge
• Complete the Neurodiversity 101 (ND 101) Learning Bundle including reviewing the Resources (Optional) portion, take and pass the assessment with a score of 80% or higher.
• Review the Global Neurodiversity BRG Publisher page
• Watch and Like the "When Neurodiversity Works" documentary video
• Watch the recording of the Accepting Autism at IBM event from April 14, 2020
• Watch: How Can I Be a Better Ally to Autistic People?
• Post a Comment under "Share Your Story" on the Global ND BRG Page
• Join the ND at IBM Global Slack Channel: #neurodiversity-at-ibm, introduce yourself, share that you are working towards earning the Neurodiversity Ally Badge and include one thing you pledge to do as an ND Ally.
• Add the Neurodiversity at IBM Frame to your BluePages photo and post it. The Frame must be posted at the time you submit your badge application to verify completion of this criteria.
• Must complete ONE of the following FOUR activities:
• 1 - Be a speaker/panel participant at an internal or external neurodiversity event/training session.
• 2 - Post an article, blog or video to share your new skills showing support as a neurodiversity ally, either internally to IBM or externally on social media (LinkedIn, FaceBook, YouTube, etc.)
• 3 - Host a knowledge sharing session with 5 or more IBM co-workers, sharing your story as a Neurodiversity Ally sharing insights gained from the learning and how you applied it to become an active ally.
• 4 - Start a new regional or local IBM Neurodiversity BRG.
