The Stride certificate recognizes attendees who complete learning activities during Stride. These activities improve the attendees' skills in engaging with customers and driving business growth. The Stride experience includes one-on-one coaching, role-playing exercises, and opportunities to present proposals and receive feedback. The activities and coaching enable attendees to execute a profitable growth strategy grounded in Kyndryl’s differentiated capabilities, underpinned by the Kyndryl Way.

Earning Criteria

Customer Partner and Consult Partner, nomination via Country President.
Complete and submit growth plans in Atlas CRM. Verified via submission status report from Atlas CRM.
Actively participate and engage in the 2-day Kyndryl Stride event. Completion of assessment via a Kyndryl Stride survey which includes the above skills
The certificate will be issued automatically upon meeting criteria validation.
