Badge earners actively participated in a multi-day institute and are now able to apply creative collaborative thinking and work as a team. Earners understand issues impacting higher education in a national context, and have an awareness of disaster recovery and perspectives in risk mitigation public relations. Participants are able to apply diversity and inclusion principles, entrepreneurial thinking, and develop mentoring and communication plans.
