Prerequisite: Excelerator™ Essentials or coach training equivalent.

Earner demonstrate advanced theoretical and applied knowledge of Excelerator Coaching™ Principles through a live, 20-minute coaching session observed by peers and audited by and ICF-accredited, Essential Impact Coach.
Standards
Essential Impact is Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Coaching Education Service Provider. Our accreditation is through the International Coaching Federation, a global governing body for coaching and coach training.
Rather than focusing on what we do, the SDI® 2.0 helps us understand why we behave and how we relate to each other. Relationship building is more than a soft skill, and the SDI 2.0 plays a direct role in helping us lead others well.
