Must be an IBM Employee.
Successfully completed Agile Learning including: A Taste of Agile, Agile Operations Fundamentals, Agile Program Fundamentals, Kanban Fundamentals, Continuous Improvement, Project Iteration and Change Management, Agility in Leadership, and Product Ownership. In addition, Agile Dev-Ops courses and an Agile Team Coaching course. Successfully passed the Agile Academy Exam with a score of 80% or higher
Must hold an Agile Achiever Badge or higher
Achieved 3,000 Hours of Agile project experience in the last 5 years
Achieved 500 hours of workshop planning and delivery, and mentoring teams
Hold an external Agile/Scrum Coach certification from a "recognized" provider such as Agile Coaching Institute, ICAgile, or the Scrum Alliance
