Aligned to the Learning Sciences Capability of the Talent Development Capability Model™, this adult learning certificate program provided participants with ATD-exclusive templates and tools and the opportunity to practice using them on a flexible, authentic learning project. Participants completed all participation requirements as well as a learning project to demonstrate skill in applying adult learning theory principles to improve learning experiences.
