Topics include hardware & networking fundamentals; supporting display & mobile digital devices, printers, & multifunction devices; installing and configuring peripheral & system components; managing data storage; customizing client environment; networking technologies; installing and configuring networking capabilities.
The methods of evaluation include participation and an assessment with a required minimum passing score of 70 percent.
