Earning Criteria

A minimum of four, five or seven years of professional-level HR work experience dependent on educational background
Applicants for the SPHRi must demonstrate knowledge of employment law
Submission and approval of application
Pass a high-stakes assessment
Maintain the credential via continuing professional development credits or passing of the high-stakes assessment again
