Earning Criteria

In order to earn this badge, the CCX CSA must complete the Advanced Adoption training program by having engaged, online or offline, in the following sessions: 1) Setting up for Success; 2) Navigating Stakeholders; 3) Landing Training; 4) Aligning Communications; 5) Building and Maintaining Champions; 6) Measuring Success; 7) Sustaining Proficiency; and 8) Piecing it all Together.
CCX CSAs pursuing this badge, must have completed the Attendance Attestation form in order to validate their training completion with their Managers.
After earning this badge and leveraging the Adoption Coaches through the CoachNow program, the CSA should feel they have the necessary skills to execute Adoption-focused VBDs from CCX portfolio.
