They will have multiple certified individuals both in Sales and Technical disciplines and are likely to have experienced team members that have delivered multiple customer projects with a degree of complexity.

Earning Criteria

Solution partners are evaluated against several metrics across three categories: Performance, Capabilities and Partnership. Performance assess partner's annual recurring revenue, growth rates and deal registration figures. Capabilities assess partner's product, sales and technical skills. Partnership assess a partner's alignment with Smartsheet's goals and objectives, portfolio and ability to deliver positive customer outcomes.
