Earners of the COR.E Performance Dynamics™ Specialist (CPDS) certification have completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching’s (iPEC) COR.E Dynamics™ training program, including all training requirements and consisting of 40 hours of instruction and practice. This includes training necessary to coach with a specialized focus applying the principles of Energy Leadership™ to support the success of anyone engaged in measured performances.

Earning Criteria

Complete all coursework and practicum as well as successfully pass the two-part written exam. Completion of the CPDS certification is equivalent to 40 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU). CLDS certified coaches have the ability to support the success of anyone engaged in measured performances, including athletes, singers, professors, and sales professionals alike.
