Badge holders have acquired the skills to teach FitSM® Foundation and can enhance an organisation’s provision of IT services and help them achieve the first step towards implementing the full set of IT Service Management processes. They understand the basic IT service management concepts and terms (based on FitSM-0), the purpose and structure of FitSM® standards and their relationship to other standards, the process framework underlying FitSM® and the requirements defined in FitSM-1.
