Client Relationship Management: Work and negotiate with top managers, lead relationship management. Engage with client to elaborate specific standard and non-standard clients needs. Extended client facing time. Handle difficult situations or expectations.

Communication: Lead critical communication with clients at various levels of management. Present, teach and provide expert advice. Advisor in internal groups and communities.

Solution Design: Apply design-thinking techniques relying on client and expert insights. Engage in rather complex opportunities. Critically review the options and recommend the more cost-optimized and overall more effective solutions to team mates and clients.

Team leadership: Lead complex opportunities and become short-term focal point for all teams involved towards a complete solution. Lead a team in supporting and delivering solutions, be responsible for team deliverables, coach others in their roles and task.

Technical Leadership: Participate in technical communities. Share expertise and keep the team up to date. Help to improve tools and processes within the scope of expertise. Help with the development of agreements, proposals and client deliverables. Act as a role model.
