This course focuses on legal issues relating to online communications, agreements and transactions. It covers issues including jurisdiction over e-commerce companies, enforceability of online agreements and dispute resolution techniques. I also covers legal issues that frequently come up in Internet law contexts, such as intellectual property, defamation and invasion of privacy.
