Earning Criteria

Acceptance to the Leading Change Institute is made through a competitive application process. The selection committee, composed of senior staff at CLIR and EDUCAUSE, seeks to create a participant group with diverse experience, background, and perspectives.
Presented a plan to an executive audience detailing the strategy to address a critical, contemporary issue facing the institution that is threatening its core viability. The plan must include cultural, financial, operational, and organizational components. Participants receive constructive, but critical, feedback on their proposal from peers and experts.
