Earners of the COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist (CLDS) certification have completed the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) COR.E Dynamics™ training program, including all training requirements and consisting of 40 hours of instruction and practice. This includes training necessary to coach with a specialized focus applying the principles of Energy Leadership™ to coach for performance.

Earning Criteria

Complete all coursework and practicum as well as successfully pass the two-part written exam. Completion of the CLDS certification is equivalent to 40 Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU). CLDS certified coaches have the ability to recognize and coach around the challenges of corporate and executive leaders, and they have mastered the coaching language necessary to support these specific leaders.
