Mentor at least 1 mentee in Qiskit Advocate Mentorship Program Fall 2021, making at least 6 video conferencing connections with them, providing guidance and technical supports in their projects and working to develop the area of interest of the mentees: career progression, certification, networking, socialization etc.
The mentoring relationship must be effective according to the mentee's objective. The mentor should encourage the mentee to drive the relationship. There must be enough knowledge transfer that supports the mentee objectives.
