Earning Criteria

All MCAPS Professional Coaches has completed at least one professional coaching training program that is accredited by one of the biggest coaching organizations in the world (ICF, EMCC, AC). They also attend a number of internal and external courses on a plethora of coaching topics.
All MCAPS Professional Coaches volunteer their time on internal coaching and group coaching programs.
All MCAPS Professional Coaches agree to receiving coaching supervision and coach mentoring to keep developing their skills as coaches.
