Earners of DISC Accreditation have deeper understanding of the 4 DISC preferences. They recognise the difference between the graphs & have the ability to give clients a complete DISC reading from the graphs alone. They are aware of special patterns, blends and intensity of each style & know how to approach this with clients and support them in understanding their own strengths and developmental areas in order to maximise performance.
