The Microsoft Esports Leader badge is an intermediate designation for educators who are actively engaged in launching and leading esports programs and initiatives in their schools and learning environments. To earn the badge, participants must successfully complete both the Microsoft Esports Teacher Academy course and pass the Esports Leader quiz. The focus across the Academy is building SEL and future ready skills in students, through an inclusive, collaborative and competitive esports program.
