The 'SFIA in Practice: SFIA for Job Design' course is a half-day course covering: the generation of SFIA role profiles for one-off and team contexts from existing documents; collecting and analysing SFIA role profile data; implementing quality assurance checks; building SFIA role profiles for new jobs; incorporating SFIA into position description documents; integrating SFIA into organisational job design practices.
Participants will have completed the Introduction to SFIA for Practitioners training (or have equivalent experience in using SFIA) prior to attending a "SFIA in Practice" training course. The Introduction to SFIA for Practitioners training is accredited by the SFIA Foundation and provides an overview of the SFIA Framework and how it can be used within an organisation to enhance and develop the skills and competency of the workforce.
