Scored a passing grade in the OBM School’s Team Management project, which requires badge earners to apply critical thinking in order to build out a remote hiring process for new team members, including the creation of job descriptions, hiring questionnaires, and the interview process as well as onboarding and training.
Scored a passing grade in the OBM School’s Team Management project, which requires badge earners to create a hiring project for a potential new hire, apply critical thinking in order to prioritize the right hire for the short and long-term success of the business, and outline an onboarding plan for the new team member.
