In order to receive the Badge you will need to have attended or watched the 4 modules on Transformative Leadership. These include module 1 on Growth Mindset and Purpose, module 2 on Well-being, Resilience and Agility, module 3 on Curiosity and Belonging and module 4 on Teaming and Inspiring. All the modules are available either live through the Transformative Leadership Series, or recorded and accessed through SuccessFactors.
