Upon badge issuance, participants should be proficient in driving sustainable changes to the pharmacy workforce around occupational burnout and well-being, improving healthcare access and outcomes for patients, and promoting awareness of occupational burnout. Participants are trained and supported WBAs that are empowered to both address their own well-being and resilience and lead a movement toward a culture of resiliency within their organizations and communities.
