Consists of two 35-minute digital courses designed to support a new user's onboarding to the Lighthouse platform. These courses include a navigation overview and an introduction to dossier structure and usage, plus an introduction to the self-serve reports capabilities, which allows users to manipulate metrics within prepopulated dossiers to quickly find and format the data they need. A pre-requisite to advanced Power User certifications, and requires successful completion of a knowledge check.
