Earning Criteria

Have a non-expired CPR Card.
Have a non-expired First Aid Card (or higher level of EMS provider).
Have Hazardous Materials Awareness Level, NFPA 472 or 1072 Certification (IFSAC and/or ProBoard).
Complete Vehicle Technical Rescuer Awareness and Operations Level training in accordance with NFPA 1006.
Successfully complete the Professional Certification assessment examination.
