This person has successfully achieved the Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. They understand the purpose of coaching and mentoring in an organisational context and can explain the similarities and differences. They can present the case for the business benefits of executive coaching and mentoring. They understand the skills, behaviours, attitudes, beliefs and values of an effective coach and mentor.
This person can manage a coaching or mentoring process by agreeing goals and following a recognised model of practice. They can support executive coaching or mentoring by drawing on a range of tools and techniques. They maintain records and can recognise and overcome barriers to successful coaching and mentoring at work.
This person has completed the following mandatory units: Understanding the Context of Coaching and Mentoring in a Strategic Business Environment, Undertaking Coaching or Mentoring at a Senior and Strategic Level & Reflecting on Your Own Ability to Perform Effectively as a Coach or Mentor Practising at a Senior Level
