Earning Criteria

Have participated in 6 hours of individual supervision and 4.5 hours of group supervision

Complete required reading and audio homework assignments and pass the program quizzes

Minimum of 100 hours proven coaching experience, maintaining a client roster (5 clients minimum), logging at least 100 paid coaching-hours which includes not more that 12 hours of coaching work as client with your own double credentialed coach with a CPCC as well as either a PCC or MCC, and not more than 15 hours of barter/pro-bono coaching

Pass an oral exam sufficiently demonstrating the ability to be a coach in accordance with the standards of Co-Active and the International Coach Federation
