Approved submission of an application with the supporting documentation verifying completion of the required education and experience.
Apply for, take and pass the Sonography Principles & Instrumentation (SPI) examination or the previously offered Vascular Physical Principles & Instrumentation (VPI) examination.
Apply for, take and pass the Vascular Technology (VT) examination.
