Offered by the School of Management, this badge is designed to enhance personal and professional leadership skills for non UB Students. It allows participants to enhance their LinkedIn profiles with evidence from a year-long development program, which will show potential employers their participation in a truly trans-global engagement with peers from across different countries and to show case their own development journey while allowing participants to reflect on their experiences.
