A SFIA Accredited Consultant has demonstrated that they are operating at SFIA Level 5 or higher and have experience of leading skills and competency related organisational change programmes within organisations. They will be operating and influencing 'C-Level' executives and senior managers on the adoption and exploitation of SFIA for significant business benefit. They will additionally have demonstrated 'hands-on' operational use of SFIA.

Earning Criteria

The candidate makes an application that demonstrates their knowledge of SFIA and its application and implementation, and provides evidence that they have both hands-on experience of using SFIA and their leadership of a skills and competency activity within an organisation.
The SFIA Foundation assesses the applicant's application against the defined criteria for the SFIA Accredited Consultant role.
Provide evidence of their skills and leadership of a SFIA skills and competency activity.
This accreditation must be renewed annually.
