International Inside-Out Instructor Training Institute
This program prepares college and university professors and other professionals to teach a semester-long Inside-Out course. The training covers pedagogy, methodology, and curricular development, as well as ethical considerations, emotional concerns, and practical strategies. Three of the training days take place inside of a prison. Participants learn through observation, experience, and engagement with incarcerated individuals who have years of experience in the Inside-Out methodology.
