Earning Criteria

• CCP: Introduction to Genesys Cloud: Provides general information on the CCP program, describes the primary types of Genesys and Genesys Cloud reference resources, high-level overview of the Genesys Cloud Services, and summary of Genesys Cloud licensing, and the methods available for accessing Genesys Cloud.
• CCP: Genesys Cloud Collaborate & Communicate +Lab: Provides concepts, configuration, and management of the primary features of the Genesys Cloud Collaboration and Communication Services. This lab guide is designed to complement the course content provided in the CCP: Genesys Cloud Collaborate & Communicate course.  Each lab provides you with the opportunity to experience the primary configurations discussed in the associated chapter(s) of the CCP (Cloud Certified Partner) course.
• CCP: Genesys Cloud Contact Center +Lab: Provides concepts, configuration, and management of the primary features of the Genesys Cloud Genesys Cloud Contact Center services. This lab guide is designed to complement the course content provided in the CCCP: Genesys Cloud Contact Center course.  Each lab provides you with the opportunity to experience the primary configurations discussed in the associated chapter(s) of this CCP (Cloud Certified Partner) course.
• CCP: Genesys Cloud API +Lab: Provides the basic concepts of Application Programming Interfaces (API), REST APIs, the Genesys Cloud-specific APIs, and the OAuth standard that Genesys uses to authorize the use of the APIs.  The course also discusses the Software Development Kit (SDKs) and  Genesys Cloud’s Developer Tools useful for testing a Genesys Cloud environment’s API endpoints.
• The Cloud Certified Partner (CCP) certification exam is designed to assess a candidate's knowledge of the Genesys Cloud services and validate their understanding of the general operations of those services and the management of the features of those services.  This certification is also used to test their knowledge in the terminology used in Genesys Cloud.
