Earning Criteria

Must be an employee of IBM.
Badge earner has completed a set of SEED Program education.
Pass the SEED Framework testing with 80%+ Score.
Show a proven record and understanding of how to use the SEED framework to develop talent, and pass through three scenarios of use. The scenarios aim to have leaders/managers/execs/SME’s go trough use cases in the program that would help a peer of theirs to obtain SEED credentials and develop their career.
