Earning Criteria

Completion of at least 20 hours of learning activities or equivalent. Learning activities include a combination of microlearning experiences, team-based workshops, coaching opportunities, case-studies, consuming podcasts and other self-curated activities related to human-centered design topics.

Application of knowledge of human-centered design capabilities, tools and techniques in simulated client-based scenarios.

Completion of a comprehensive assessment developed using educational testing industry guidelines.
